outdated room fabric curtain

The location was convenient , near public transport.

The room felt outdated , especially the bathroom , which lacked a proper shower enclosure. Instead , it had a fabric curtain , this was impractical. Daily cleaning was not automatic , I had to request it.

the breakfast buffet seemed like a loving embrace each morning. i savored the plentiful options. the gym and sauna allowed me to feel invigorated. i really enjoyed the healthy snacks available too.

i was disappointed by the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in my room. it seemed like a small comfort i missed. i also noticed the room cleaners did not visit during my five nights. the bin was not emptied.

easy access friendly staff fresh ingredients

Location was great. It offered easy access everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Everything worked very smoothly. Breakfast was a combination of items. There was a lot of fresh ingredients and some warm breakfast dishes.

The room cleaning standards missed the mark. There was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. I found rubbish under the bed too. The remote controller was sticky.

The breakfast had a REALLY great choice and was high quality. The room i stayed in was beautiful. The location was good.

The corridors smelled old, and the scent was musty. I THINK better directions throughout the hotel would have been helpful. I did get lost. The cleaning staff in the morning did not greet guests AT all.

I appreciated the friendly hotel staff. They were always available. the breakfast included many choices and tasted very good. i also liked the location. It was easy to walk to many different places. i loved the gym. It had modern equipment.

my room did not have a refrigerator, a little inconvenient for storing drinks.

cozy atmosphere central location amazing variety perfect evening

The books created a cozy atmosphere, city noise was absent. I reminded me of the only guest there despite other occupants. The central location offered easy access, close to central station and gamla stan. I walked to the food hall and transit lines, convenient. The breakfast variety ensured we were fueled for the day. The lounge vibe made for a perfect evening spot.

the cleaners did not service the room for five nights. The bin wasn't emptied and the bed wasn't made. I also ran out of toilet paper and it wasn't replaced.
